"We had tapsilog and longsilog for breakfast here. I was pleasantly surprised with the tapa. The meat was tender, juicy and flavorful. The place has a local feel to it. No Aircon but cool and breezy while we were there. It really is "hidden". You'll only see the signboard on the street side. You'll wall through an alley way to get there. There is road side parking with street attendants helping you park. Truly a local gem."

"It was my first time visiting Hidden Tapsihan at the Kawit branch. I love the tapsilog the most as their best seller. The service crew were attentive and nice and the location has an alfresco-friendly-home vibe. It was really hidden so that really awes me. It's the best to-go place for everything from breakfast to dinner. Cheers and keep it up!"

"Hidden Tapsihan Main in Kawit, Cavite is a hidden gem! Their sisig and pancit are mouth-watering. Parking is a breeze for motorcycles, but 4-wheel vehicles might struggle in the narrow alley (eskinitas). Service can be a bit gruff, but the food makes up for it. Worth a visit!"
